Table reservations, ads and PAYMENTS are not refundable and must be received by November 1st, 2013. **There will be a late fee of $50 if any item is not received by this deadline. Ads MUST be emailed in jpeg form, picture-ready, to Karl Lutgens, karlflute@aol.com. Ads not received by Novermber 1st along with the payment will NOT be put in the program and will not be refunded.
The rates for Florida Flute Convention book ads are:
